Neon Tycoon

Neon Tycoon is a free, modern 3D property-trading board game, playable instantly in your browser on desktop and mobile. Roll the dice around a neon megacity, buy and develop colour-coded districts, build towers, charge rent, run auctions, trade with rivals, and bankrupt the table to win.

How to play

• Tap ROLL to throw two dice — they tumble in 3D and land on a fair, crypto-random value.
• Land on an unowned district to buy it; decline and it goes to auction for everyone to bid on.
• Own a full colour set to build towers — each tower sharply raises the rent rivals pay you.
• Charge rent when opponents land on your property; mortgage land for cash when you're short.
• Trade districts and cash with other players to complete sets nobody would sell cheaply.
• Be the richest after the lap cap, or the last tycoon left solvent — your choice in the lobby.

Game modes

Play solo against AI opponents, or online multiplayer for up to eight players with a private 4-letter room code. Open seats can be filled with AI, and house rules (win condition, laps to win, starting cash, GO salary) are configurable before the game starts.
